15a 400w Mosfet Trigger Switch Drive Module

D4184 dual MOSFET driver module 

This module is a breakout board for D4184 MOSFET transistor. This module is designed to control large DC loads with only 1 digital pin microcontroller or Arduino. With 2 MOSFETs D4184 installed in parallel, this module is capable of driving 2 loads simultaneously. Because it uses a MOSFET, this driver has a high switching time making it suitable for control with PWM from a microcontroller or Arduino. 

There are screw terminals that are useful for connecting this module with external power and the load to be controlled.
